Vocational experts are a critical part of assessing the injured child’s future educational and employment potential. Depending upon the age of the child at the time of evaluation, the vocational expert may employ the generally accepted PEEDS-RAPEL methodology when considering the impact of family, education and social influences in the child’s future development.

Dr. Joy employs generally accepted methodologies in assessment of lost future educational and earning capacity of very young children to those reaching young adulthood.
